Excellent service Excellent service. Quick turn around time ordered on Dec 14th, received an email to clarify info on the 15th (happy to receive email as I was unsure about size so this communication put my mind at ease) and received email stating it was in transit with Canada Post the next day. I ordered floating frames because I had some canvases I wanted to put between two pieces of glass to display and my online research showed that's what they were called. When my order arrived I was surprised to find that floating frames means something else on this website and of course I couldn't return them. So I was out $300. I also didn't receive all of the pieces to hang the other regular frames I had ordered and when I called, the woman on the phone didn't believe me at first and then never sent the supplies she promised.
