Response was incredible I thought customer service was a thing of the past however dealing with CanadaOnCanvas has changed that. I received a frame that was not square and contacted customer service. They were apologetic and immediately corrected the order with no problem. Their personal attention and speedy response was incredible. It was a relief to know that there is still a comoany that honours and respects customers.

Teren, | Delay in production Ordered a gallery wrap print on 1st October. I am based in London and needed the print to go to a friend\'s gallery in New York - hence choosing this printer. It\'s only just been printed and is now not going to reach it\'s destination for another week - a week late. Follow up emails got no response and ended up having to phone from the UK. It would have been quicker to have it printed in the UK and shipped from here. Really wished I hadn\'t used this service.
