Order process has been basically seamless, but I am still awaiting delivery and having trouble with FedEx who are indicating delivery was not possible, although I was waiting within 1 metre of my phone all day. In spite of 40 minutes on phone with them and confirmed they have the correct address, they will only attempt delivery again tomorrow. I bought some new bedroom furniture, and the old print didn’t fit over the higher headboard. A friend suggested I use one of my own pictures from Tofino. I knew I wanted something long and narrow, so I cropped one of my sunset shots of Crystal Cove, uploaded the file, and it was so easy. The size options popped up, I selected the one I wanted - 20 x 45, and had the final product in my hands within 5 days. I will definitely do it again.
