They did everything I could have asked for. They spent the time to help me figure out which photo\'s had enough resolution to print on the large size I wanted and which photos would work for which sizes. They were honest with me if they thought a picture would not look good. My canvas were at my door in one, in 6 business days. They were packaged very well to ensure there was no damage. I absolutely love the way you put pictures on canvas and I have used you now for several years. I have just done four prints. I was quite disappointed in one of them. I would have appreciated an email advising me that there was a small water spot on the picture which I didn\'t notice on my copy On my iPad. I would have paid to have it taken out. It has really ruined my canvas print. It is not your fault but it would have been appreciated if I had been notified and I had been given the option of having it removed. I was very pleased with the other three. Thank you!

I'd like to tell you how grateful I am for what today's mail brought me: a package which contained not only the dark brown filler you offered to send me, but a replacement frame as well! That was very kind and thoughtful of you. Now that's what I call superb customer service! Thank you for helping me. I was concerned and wasn't at all sure if I could make the problem frame look as good as the replacement looks, but I'll give it a try and I'll let you know how I make out. In the meantime, I can proceed with the project involving the original frames. Best wishes!
