not happy I ordered 3 shadow boxes that I was going to give as Christmas presents. The quality of the frames themselves were fantastic, I was very happy with them. Unfortunately they sent the wrong foam core backing (I ordered black, but they sent white) so I had to spend another $16 on Amazon to purchase the correct colour. I tried to reach out to them via phone call numerous times, but nobody ever answered. I even left a voice mail and nobody got back to me. Overall, happy with frames, but hard to contact them if issues arise.

Cindy, | Metal prints, Dye-Sub services We're definitely impressed with the work from KeenArt, and our clients linger studying the images and buying them, of course, and are curious about the process (we have a description of the process of dye sublimation on the wall). Hopefully, we will be able to order another batch before the season closes down, but that all depends on how the covid virus behaves and affects our traffic.

Andy, | The floater frame Thank you for the frame, which arrived safely here yesterday. I was pleased with both the construction and looks of the frame, as well as the sturdiness of the shipping materials used. The coated hanging wire in the hardware pack is an especially nice touch.
